We will ship your order in 48h with DHL/DPD. Afterwards you will receive a tracking email to see where your package is.
Germany: 1-3 business days - 4,90€
Free shipping if order is 100€ or above
Europe: 4-7 business days - 13,99€
International: 7-15 days - 19,99€ -39,99€
Returns
You can return you products, up until 14 days after you receive them.
Visit our return center to start a return. It can take up to 4 days after delivery, for you to be able to schedule a return in our return center.
It can take up to 10 days, after your package arrives, to receive a refund. Please do not reach out to customer service before that time period.
Your items need to be unworn, with the tags still attached. Currently we are not able to cover the return shipping cost.
